Angus’s son Andrew followed in his father’s

footsteps and joined the business in 1968,

taking over management in 1974.

In 1985,Andrew opened the Narre

Warren office inWebb Street, together

with Michael Hall, John Archibald and

Tim Retallack.

During this time he also founded his

company Parklea Developments, which

moved again to its present site at 4

Cardinia Road Officer, in May 2013.

The company commenced full scale Industrial, Commercial and Residential developments within the Dandenong,

Hallam, NarreWarren, Beaconsfield and Pakenham districts in 1980, and to this day is regarded highly for the

quality of these developments.

Earlier developments were Hallam Road Hallam (1980), Franleigh Park Estate (1984), Parkview (1986), Hallam

Industrial (1982) plus its extension (1985),Wedgewood Rd Hallam (1986) and Andene Park (1987). Later

developments included South East Business Park, Heritage Springs, Everton Gardens, Beaconsfield Hub, Arena

Shopping Centre and Timbertop.

Parklea is now the largest broad acre land holder within Cardinia Shire in Melbourne’s East, with new residential

and commercial projects in the pipeline.
